Business Development Representative
Torri began her career at Cove Prep/Secure three years ago as a Behavioral Health Associate, where she gained firsthand experience supporting youth in care. She then transitioned into the role of Administrative Clerk, further strengthening her organizational and communication skills. After serving as the Activities and BARJ (Balanced and Restorative Justice) Coordinator for a short time, Torri advanced into her current position as the Business Development Representative. In this role, she draws on her diverse experience within the facility to build strong partnerships, promote the program, and support the mission of helping youth achieve positive outcomes.
