Titus Seftas, BA
Director of Operations
Titus started working at Cove Prep after graduating from college in June 2011. He started as a direct care staff and held that position for 4 years before being promoted to Shift Supervisor. He was a Supervisor for 4 years and was then promoted to the Milieu Manager position in 2019. As the Milieu Manager, Titus oversaw the Shift Supervisors and the Behavioral Health Associates, along with making sure the needs and safety of all residents within the facility are being met. He is also one of the facilities instructors for Safe Crisis Management (SCM). SCM teaches verbal and physical de-escalation skills and techniques and is a vital tool in ensuring safety within the facility. In October of 2022, Titus became the Director of Operations.
