As Cove Prep/Secure’s Program Director since March 2025, Terrence leverages a wealth of experience cultivated over a distinguished career in public service and child advocacy. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Fairmont State University in 1993 and later served in the US Army for five years before being honorably discharged. Terrence dedicated 23 years to his career at Indiana County Children and Youth Services honing titles like Ongoing Caseworker, Intake Caseworker, Program Specialist and General Protective Service Manager. This extensive background has equipped him a comprehensive understanding of program development, management and strategic oversight
