Lead Supervisor
Tavian has been with Cove Prep/Secure for nearly two years now; starting as a temporary Behavioral Health associate. Through hard work and dedication, he quickly advanced to the Supervisor role and now serves as the Lead Supervisor, where he oversees daily operations and supports staff development. A proud graduate of Penn State University, Tavian brings both knowledge and leadership into his role, helping create a safe and supportive environment for youth in our care.
