Sara began her journey at Cove as a Behavioral Health Associate before advancing into a supervisory position in 2026. In addition to her experience working directly with youth, she brings a background in nursing that enhances her ability to support the overall well-being of residents. Her combination of clinical knowledge and hands-on experience contributes greatly to the success of the program.
