Therapist
Morgan began working at Cove PREP/Secure in August 2023 as a therapist. In 2024, she became certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy to further support the residents at Cove PREP/Secure. Prior to joining Cove PREP/Secure, Morgan worked with CYS and in other secure juvenile placements as a behavioral aide. She also gained experience in the field of drug and alcohol treatment, having served as a counselor in an inpatient drug and alcohol facility. Morgan earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Criminology in 2023 and is currently pursuing a PhD in Criminal Justice with a focus on Behavioral Health. In her current role, she provides individual and group therapy to the residents on her caseload. Her favorite part of the job is seeing residents succeed and make meaningful changes in their lives.
