Marcus brings a unique blend of corporate experience and a passion for youth development to his role at Cove Prep. His career began in digital marketing, working for agencies in Houston and Florida, where he developed strong communication and strategic skills. After a successful career in digital marketing, Marcus made a purposeful transition to youth basketball coaching, leveraging his communication skills to mentor students. This experience ultimately led him to Cove Prep, where he quickly earned the trust of residents and staff through his compassionate approach as a Behavioral Health Associate. He has since advanced into a clinical role as a Therapist, specializing in providing therapeutic support to residents in their journey toward success and safety.
