Case Manager
Kristy began her journey at Cove PREP/Secure in 2018 as a Behavioral Health Associate, where she quickly discovered a passion for working with and supporting the residents. She later became part of the Mentor Program on the milieu, tasked with onboarding and training new staff while working across multiple shifts. In 2023, she transitioned into the Case Manager role. In her current position, Kristy collaborates with all departments to compile and document behavioral data, provides clerical support for the Clinical Department, and helps ensure excellence of care for residents. Outside of work, Kristy enjoys spending time in nature, soaking up the sun, and gaming.
