Kara has been part of the Cove team since 2022, beginning her career as a Behavioral Health Associate. Through her dedication, professionalism, and strong rapport with both residents and staff, she advanced into a supervisory role. Her experience and leadership help create a safe, structured, and supportive environment for the youth in our care.
