Brandon has been a dedicated member of the Cove Prep/Secure team for four years. During his time with the facility, he served as a Behavioral Health Associate for two years and as a supervisor for three years, where he demonstrated strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills in supporting both staff and residents. Currently, Brandon serves as the Activities and BARJ (Balanced and Restorative Justice) Coordinator, where he organizes meaningful programming that promotes personal growth, accountability, and positive engagement. His commitment to creating a safe and supportive environment reflects his passion for helping youth build brighter futures.
